There are a range of services offered through the health programs at IU Indianapolis.
I propose to market a new mental health peer support program within CAPS at IU Indianapolis. The goal of this program is to improve students’ mental health and create a more supportive environment on campus by teaching them how to offer peer-to-peer support. The goals of the program include creating a more accepting environment for students to talk about mental health, making more resources available to them, and encouraging a wellness and safety culture.
